The hotel of choice in Eureka Springs. Comfortable bed, fairly clean bathroom and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Location adjacent to easy drive and trolley stop and the store and the center of town. Also, close enough to attractions.

Our room at Regency Inn had a pleasant surprise - very clean and well-kept. Despite low expectations, the cleanliness exceeded all expectations. the comfortable stay was a pleasant surprise. the location was great, but the breakfast was a miss. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

Front desk clerk was very nice.
Maid services poor, and everything about the hotel from the pathetic continental breakfast, coffee, linens, etc was done as done cheap as they could possibly get by with. The hotel is for sale so apparently no one really cares about it right now.

It was very reasonable and comfortable. It was close to the entertainment, good restaurants, and just a nice drive from downtown.
Very minor! I would like 2 coffees to be left in the room but was graciously given more when I asked. The weather change while we were there made me want afternoon coffee, too. All in all it was very good. The continental breakfast was sparse but noteworthy.

My wife & I choose Regency because we booked a queen room. When we checked in they had given our room away to someone else. The room was clean but we booked here for the queen room.

The location is great. Located at the entrance to the Passion Play and not far from the other activities and attractions of Eureka Springs. The room was clean and the bed was adequate and comfortable.
Calling toast, cereal, milk and juice is barely a continental breakfast is pretty weak. The TV was an old tube type TV but was watchable with a good selection of channels.
